Working in partnership with B&H Homes as your Designer/Builder, your dream will evolve in an exciting but measured way. Once your individually designed plan has evolved, our experienced interior decorator will guide you through the myriad of choices both externally & internally to enhance your Individuality, ensuring that your taste & style are integral parts of the design.
You will have regular contact, both on site and at the office with the directors of B&H Homes, your construction supervisor and the interior decorator until completion day, when handover of your beautiful new home is completed by a director & construction supervisor.
And to ensure everything is exactly as specified our comprehensive ‘Post Completion Maintenance Programme’ completes your peace of mind.
